Poxet 90 mg (dapoxetine) may not be suitable for everyone. Here are some situations where it’s generally advised to avoid using this medication:

Heart Conditions: If you have a history of heart problems, such as heart failure, irregular heartbeats, or have had a recent heart attack, you should avoid Poxet 90 mg, as it can affect heart function.

Severe Liver or Kidney Impairment: Those with significant liver or kidney issues may not be able to metabolize the medication properly, leading to increased risks of side effects.

Use of Other Medications: Avoid taking Poxet 90mg if you are currently using other SSRIs or medications that affect serotonin levels, as this can increase the risk of serotonin syndrome—a potentially serious condition.

Allergic Reactions: If you have a known allergy to dapoxetine or any of its ingredients, you should not use this medication.

Age: Poxet is generally not recommended for individuals under 18 years old.

Certain Mental Health Conditions: If you have a history of bipolar disorder or other severe mood disorders, it may not be appropriate to use this medication.
